About the client: Helios Realty & Development is a commercial real estate services company founded in 2005 by a group of experienced real estate professionals seeking to deliver a higher standard of one-to-one service to real estate owners, investors, developers and tenants in the greater Chicagoland area. Helios also owns a full-service residential sales and marketing business, which operates under the banner of Real Living Helios Realty as a member of a national franchise network. Further, the Helios group of companies includes a development/investment operation and a construction consulting/general contracting business.
Requirements: This is the second project we have developed for the Helios Realty team. It consisted of a fresh, but yet corporate, website developed for one of their residential projects, named “2800 Lincoln”.
Solution: Since the building itself is made of irregular shapes, the website also needed to borrow some of its style, so the users could get a better glance on the project. We avoided using custom shapes in the design, but, yet, found a consistent solution by using different shades of the same color in order to create an irregular effect. This website, too, is powered by a custom Content Management System giving the administrators abilities to change content, send and manage newsletters or add photo galleries.
